If you are receiving an "Account Suspended" page when trying to access your site, it could be there for a number of reasons, including but not limited to:

Lack of payment;

Violation of our Terms of Service;

 

 

To determine why your account was suspended, please contact our billing department from your client area to find the issue and the resolution. Most accounts can be unsuspended almost immediately, depending on what caused the account to become suspended in the first place. 

For nonpayment, all acounts are suspended 7 days after invoice due day. If a payment hasn't been received within 30 days, the account may be terminated, and can no longer be recovered.
