When you buy DoRoyal credit, your transaction is nonrefundable. 

Tip: How To Request a Refund

To qualify for our refund policy, you must open up a support ticket before you cancel your website hosting account. (the date that we receive your ticket counts towards our refund policy period, so be sure to send us a ticket before you're no longer eligible)

How We Handle Chargebacks

While we understand the need and desire to initiate a chargeback, please be aware that by doing so, all of your services here at DoRoyal will be cancelled, terminated, suspended, with possible account-level suspension as well, depending on the chargeback amount.
