For those experiencing the above error, please be sure to disable CloudFlare (pause it from your CloudFlare dashboard) and your site should come back online.
We're not the only hosting provider experiencing this error. It was caused by an Apache update that seemingly does not play well with proxies like Cloudflare.
cPanel even has a help document out about this.
